We may receive contact details, organization information, project requirements, technical context, professional or firm information, application data and other material you choose to submit through Zcalar websites, forms, email or connected workflows.
Information is used to respond to requests, scope technology work, qualify professionals and firms, operate alliance and commercial workflows, maintain records, improve our services, secure our systems and satisfy applicable legal or contractual obligations.
Where a defined technology engagement requires it, relevant information may be shared with qualified professionals, firms, technology providers or affiliated IOXN brands needed to evaluate or deliver the scope. Sharing does not itself create an appointment, award or exclusivity.
Hosting, communications, analytics, payment, authentication, document and workflow providers may process information required to operate our services under applicable agreements and safeguards.
We retain information for the period reasonably required by the relevant request, project, relationship or legal obligation. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
You may contact us regarding access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business, contractual, compliance or legal purposes.
